Hi lovelies! Just a quick post today as I wanted to share this super cute, super simple nail art design with you all. In a recenthaul post, I featured a nail art pen from topshop and I'd been dying to give it a go! Nail Art is something I've always adored, but only ever did on clients and never on myself. So, to get into it, I thought I'd pick up my first nail art pen, as it seemed a good (and simple!) place to start!

To create this design, I used two coats of Model's Own Utopia for a nice clean, neutral base, then simply wrote on my ring finger using the nail art pen. This pen has a tip like a fine liner and is pretty easy to use, my writing was a little shaky but for a first go I'm pretty pleased with it, a little more practice and I'll be a pro, you'll see. You need to wait until the polish underneath iscompletelydry before use, so don't attempt to do your nails half an hour before going out!!
