Today I'm wearing the jumper-over-dress, I love this look because the light colours and skater dress keep it spring-timey while still being pretty warm, which it needs to be! I feel like I have a mini-rant about the weather in most of my posts. Let's call it British charm, eh?

The title of this post has a bit of double meaning. The first being that this is the outfit I wore to work today, and the second because this is my first post on my snazzy new blog! So I am therefore, working on it. Clever, right? Well I thought so!
After the couple of weeks of teasing us with brilliant sunshine, it's been rather again gloomy here in the UK and I must say I'm rather disappointed to have to break out the leather jacket again. However, rain or shine I am definitely not parting with my pretty springtime pastels!

I really like this outfit, I adore wearing pastel colours and I love these kind of crochet tops. There's currently a baby pink version of this one in New Look, very tempting! The jewellery is my favourite part, don't you just love pastel jewellery for spring? I'm loving anchors at the moment too so I had to have these earrings when I saw them! Also, just to explain, the scrabble bracelet has a D on it, I've not got my name wrong, it's because my boyfriends name is Darren!
